From user research, I gained insights into what motivates people to donate to a cause they believe in. The project was in collaboration with the developer agency Annertech.

Glanbia Careers: Designing a careers website, candidate portal, applicant tracking system and candidate on-boarding platform for 32 countries.

The challenge was to amalgamate the 6 business groups in one master brand careers website so the business could attract, recruit and engage talent. The platforms needed to integrate with IBM’s Success Factors software which was customised based upon the candidate’s needs and Human Resources requirements.
